Online Complaint Form
Your issue is important to the Asheville Police Department. The department takes all citizen concerns and allegations of misconduct seriously. This form is available to make electronic submissions easier.
You will be able to save a copy of your submission.
By submitting the online form, your information will be collected for electronic signature and acknowledgment to include an e-mail address and your name. If you wish to submit an anonymous complaint, the department accepts complaints by telephone, mail, in person, or by fax.
This form is not required to submit a complaint. The form helps the department gather information needed for an investigation. Personal information fields on the form are optional. You may also submit concerns by:
- Speaking to or meeting with an on-duty supervisor 24 hours a day by calling (828) 252-1110.
- Contacting the Office of Professional Standards during business hours at (828) 259-5907.
