This online form makes it easy for residents of the city of Asheville to eSign a trespass letter to be held on file at the Asheville Police Department.

This form provides the Asheville Police Department the authority to charge violators on your behalf. In order to charge trespassing a representative of the property must first ask the person trespassing to leave OR there must be a sign posted, in a manner reasonably likely to come to the attention of intruders, with notice not to enter the premises (No Trespassing). 

Please note, this form should not be used to report trespassers. If you require immediate assistance call 828-252-1110, or if you have an emergency dial 911.
